Description:

Tungsten has the highest melting point among all metals and has relatively stable chemical properties. Its high hardness and high density make it very difficult to process. The tungsten plate is mainly produced by powder metallurgy, using high-quality tungsten powder, processed into slabs with excellent performance, and then produced by special rolling technology. After pickling or alkali washing, the surface will appear steel gray or silver white. Tungsten plate rolling can be divided into hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling, and its surface is smooth and flat, no thick skin, no delamination and cracking, no impurity inclusions, etc. The tungsten content of tungsten plate is as high as 99.95%, which includes all the characteristics and advantages of tungsten, such as strong corrosion resistance, good high temperature oxidation resistance, high wear resistance, good high temperature strength, good electron emission performance, low thermal expansion coefficient and good processing performance. Its mechanical properties are mainly determined by the state of pressure processing and heat treatment.

Application:

Due to its high hardness, high melting point and strong radiation absorption ability, tungsten plate can be used as the preferred raw material for radiation shielding materials, heat shields and other high temperature resistant or radiation resistant products. Tungsten plates are widely used in electronic technology, medical, aerospace, chemical, machinery, new energy , metallurgy and other industries. For example:

1. In the metallurgical industry, tungsten plates can be used as raw materials for manufacturing tungsten boats or molybdenum boats, and used in the production of heating elements, heat shields and refractory parts in high-temperature furnaces, and can also be used in ion implantation cathodes and anodes, sputtering and coating.

2. In the medical industry, tungsten plate is used as the raw material of radiation shielding screen, which can be used in medical CT, laboratory equipment, radioactive syringes, etc.

3. In the electronics and power industries, tungsten plates can be used to produce electric light source parts, electric vacuum components, semiconductor substrates, electron tube assemblies, electron beam evaporation cathodes and photosensitive materials, etc.
